✍ MESSAGE: #IMAGINE At META I embraced end of the year Vision-Writing. An exercise to Fast Forward one year from today and imagine: ‘What does extraordinary success look like for you?’ Share about your year as if it’s already happened. Use past and present (vs. future) tense. You do not need to know how to get there. No more than 1-3 pages covering both personal and business. Use it as a compass. 👨‍🎓 PROGRESS: #COACHING Every year I like to educate myself on something new. December 2023 I graduated from ‘Core Transformative Training for Professional Coaching’ with Coach Masters Academy. Learning to support people by directing their minds to what is positive and possible. Expanding their minds to increase awareness, create clarity and define choice and accountability. 🔋 LIFE: #RECHARGE Zuck announced 2023 as ‘the year of efficiency’. This impacted 2/3 of our team, including me. As a consequence I took my time and traveled to see family and friends in Europe, explore more of Asia and with Mimi we made a dream come true; Hire a campervan and explore the wonders of New Zealand. 🈺 FUTURE: #GOT. ‘If you do what you always did, you get what you always got.’ For over 25 years I advised world’s most successful brands and largest companies on how to change, innovate, grow and outsmart competition.
